 21st Century STEM: Integrate to Innovate Conference

Many opportunities are available for dedicated adult volunteers who like to network and create new friendships while providing valuable time and service to the Conference.  Volunteer opportunities are below. 

Program Preparation          January 21-23       Count, bundle, prepare programs and registration materials for registration tables

Assist at registration tables – registration paperwork/forms, collecting fees, troubleshooting

Field TripsJanuary 21

Host a field trip – travel on bus and help with logistics

STEM Collaborative Booth   January 21-23

Host the table and pass out information about the STEM Collaborative

Disabilities BoothJanuary 21-23Host the booth that will provide support for any participant that needs assistance.
Student VolunteersJanuary 21-23

Organize and supervise high school student volunteers

SocialJanuary 21-23Assist with social committee on logistics, hosting, set up, and clean up of social events
LegislativeJanuary 21-23

Assist with greeting and hosting Legislative guests

Presenter BoothJanuary 21-23Assist presenters with registration, check-in and room set up

Assist exhibitors with set-up and clean up needs

3-hour shifts are available from morning to night – sign up for many, or a few, or even one – all help is much appreciated. Please see the information about volunteer tasks for more information about each volunteer opportunity.  

Volunteers are needed to help prepare registration packets, host field trips, organize student leader volunteers, host the STEM Collaborative Booth, assist exhibitors, host the Disabilities booth, and more.  

Some volunteering may result in registration discounts  (limited slots available for each discount): 

  • 12-15 hours = full registration covered
  • 10-12 hours = 50% discount
  • 6-10 hours = 25% discount
