Cancellation Policy & Photo Release

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your conference registration, you must do so no later than January 15, 2016, by emailing az.stem.conference@gmail.com. Once you cancel, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $25 cancellation fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than one week before the start of the conference.

Photo Release: By registering to attend the STEM Arizona Education Collaborative event, you grant permission to STEM AZ Education Collaborative to take and use your photo in marketing and promotional pieces for an indefinite period of time. Marketing and promotional pieces include, but are not limited to, printed brochures, reports, postcards, flyers, and ma­terials, as well as online uses such as postings on the STEM AZ Education Collaborative website, online newsletters, and email blasts. STEM Arizona Education Collaborative shall own all rights, including copyrights in and to the photos.
